Type your name and email (or a few players’ emails).

In about 5–20 minutes, check your email for a download link. Open it and save the video.
Stuck on Start? Tell staff — usually the computer or camera needs a quick check.

Cameras page is your live ops view — status, Error detail, and recent captures.
Health & analytics
Every camera shows Online, Recording, Error, or Offline — so you know what’s healthy before Start.
Failures come with a readable reason — disk full, wrong password, camera unplugged. Then Reconnect or fix from that message.
Review recent clips, what failed, and clip lengths — so issues don’t disappear after the session. Admin users also keep a local backup of the videos.
