Rules

• Player phones and TV must use venue Wi-Fi, not mobile data.
• Avoid guest Wi-Fi isolation that blocks devices from reaching the venue PC.
• Mesh systems are fine if everyone can still reach that computer.
• URLs use the PC’s LAN IP from Settings → Venue Wi-Fi (example: http://192.168.1.50:4781/board).
• QR codes for check-in point to the Player URL on the same network.
• Open the Board URL in a real browser fullscreen on the lobby monitor.
