How Behind Digital delivers BehindCourt and activates your venue PC.

BehindCourt is sold by Behind Digital as a one-time perpetual license bound to one venue PC. This page explains the customer journey from purchase to first live session.
Typical flow

Purchase
You buy a one-time BehindCourt license from Behind Digital.

Delivery
Behind Digital sends the Windows Setup .exe or Mac .dmg installer plus onboarding instructions (this documentation).

Hardware ID
Install on the venue PC, open Settings → License, copy the Hardware ID, and send it to Behind Digital.

License key
Behind Digital generates a signed license key for that PC (Windows or Mac).

Activation
Paste the key on the venue PC and activate once.

Setup support (optional)
Behind Digital may help with first install, Wi-Fi URLs, and TV board setup.

Ongoing
You run daily operations independently on venue Wi-Fi. Contact Behind Digital for PC replacement licensing, updates, or support.
